Hi everyone,
A quick update to let you know that Hieronymus is now LIVE on Kickstarter, and you can back it here.
“The old feudal world is collapsing into chaos. The corruption and weakness of all the old institutions is revealed in the heat of apocalyptic fires. As a dread horror dogs your footsteps, all you can do is run.”
For those of you who haven’t seen it yet, Hieronymus is an RPG inspired by the work of the medieval artist Hieronymus Bosch. In the game, you play a group of refugees fleeing an astral terror known only as the Follower. As it pursues you, you rip your way through reality into strange worldscapes inspired by Bosch’s paintings, the Follower only a few steps behind.
The crowdfund runs for a few weeks, but there are discounted early bird copies available for the first backers - so I’d recommend getting in there as quickly as possible if you are considering backing.
As someone living in the UK, this is a really chaotic day to be launching such a project, and I’m a little nervous about it, so if you’d like to further help me out, you can boost the project on social media, whether by boosting this tweet, or by posting about it on social media yourself or sharing with friends, it would be very appreciated!
Until next time,
Laurie
